Summer Session Sign Up

Current on-campus residents who wish to apply to live on campus for Summer 2009 terms need to complete the Summer Application process.

The Housing Office will begin assigning students to summer spaces on March 27^th, so it is important to get your application turned in before then if you want to improve your chance of getting your top choice. This is especially important if you are wanting to live in your current space as we will do these assignments first.

	Determine what kind of housing you want. Summer Housing will be in University Villas. Your choices will be 4 Bedroom/2 Bath units, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath units, and 2 Bedroom/1 bath units (only 2 of these style units). You also need the names and Eagle ID’s of each of your preferred roommates (if any).
	Determine what terms you need housing for: Term A, Term B, Long Term, or Term A and B. The cost is different for each term/combination of terms.
	On March 31th, the Housing Office will assign students (see below) to spaces in University Villas. You will receive your e-contract by email with information about your assignment and roommate(s). There is no prepayment associated with the summer housing contract!
	Your signed housing contract will be due on the date indicated on the housing contract and must be activated on-line to secure your housing for summer 2009.

For students who are living in University Villas for Spring 2009 and wish summer housing:

• You will be assigned to your current space in University Villas, but you must apply by MARCH 31^st. If you apply after March 31^st, your space may no longer be available.

For Students who are living in University Villas for Spring 2009, staying for summer, and moving to a different room in University Villas for Fall 2009:

• You will be assigned to your Spring 2009 assignment for summer unless you contact our office. You will be able to move to your Fall assignment at the end of summer.
• If you wish to be assigned to your Fall 2009 space, you must be able to move to that space on Monday May 11th, from 9:00am to 12 Noon. Contact our office for more information.

For Students who are staying for summer and will be living in University Villas for Fall 2009:

• If your fall 2009 space is available for summer 2009, then you will be assigned to that space. If it is not, you will be assigned as near as we can to help facilitate your moving at the end of summer.
