Summer Housing Information

Housing in the Summer will be located in University Villas. (Current Residents of University Villas will be assigned to their current room assignment, not their fall assignment unless they contact the housing office by March 19th. If you wish to be assigned to your fall University Villas assignment you must (1) be available to move to your room on May 11th from 9:00am to Noon and (2) you must be taking classes in both Summer A and B terms or Long Term.)

How to Apply

1. Determine what you are applying for.
2. Once you determine what you are applying for, go to https://secure.georgiasouthern.edu/~housing/students/summer10/newStudent.php and fill out the form.

Term Dates

The summer term dates are as follows

• Term A: May 14 - June 18
• Term B: June 20 - July 23
• Term A and B: May 14 - July 23
• Long Term: May 14 - July 16

What are the penalties for Cancellation?

1. If you submit an application for Summer and cancel it before May 1 st , there are no penalties.
2. If you submit an application for Summer and cancel after May 1st, but before the first day of the term you applied for, you will be subject to a $100, cancellation fee.
3. If you submit an application for Summer and do not cancel, and do not occupy the space, OR you cancel after the first day of the term you applied for, you will be subject to a $200 no show/cancellation fee.
