Housing in the Summer will be located in University Villas. (Students who currently reside in University Villas and who apply by March 31st , will have preference to keep the same room where they are currently assigned. After March 31st, students will be assigned to the first available space and may have to move at the end of Spring Semester.)
When applying for Summer, you will need to follow the directions below. Students who do not currently live on campus must pay the $100 non-refundable registration fee to apply for Summer Term.

What are the penalties for Cancellation?
If you submit an application for Summer and cancel it before May 1st, there are no penalties.
If you submit an application for Summer and cancel after May 1st, but before the first day of the term you applied for, you will be subject to a $100, cancellation fee.
If you submit an application for Summer and do not cancel, and do not occupy the space, OR you cancel after the first day of the term you applied for, you will be subject to a $200 no show/cancellation fee.
