Eagle Incentive Program Costs

For Summer 2010 the EIP will be housed in Southern Courtyard and the cost will be $715 for the 2 Bedroom and $680 for the 4 Bedroom. All students also pay a $10 Housing Activity Fee for the summer.This will be charged to your University account at the time you register and will need to be paid at the start of the semester.

You will also be required to submit a $150 non-refundable registration fee when you apply for housing for the first time if you apply by May 1st. After June 15th, this fee increases. This fee is good for both your EIP and Fall 2010 housing application Please note: this fee is different from the $100 EIP fee you pay to the Office of Admissions.

On-campus residents in the EIP are required to purchase a 10-meal-per-week plan for the EIP program.
